The jumper is knitted from the bottom up with a garter st hem followed by a lace section, then st st with raglan shaping. The garter st front bands are worked at the same time as the fronts. The sleeves have a garter st cuff and are then worked in st st. Once the raglan seams are joined, the collar is picked up around the neck and worked in garter st.
