Delivery
The Knitknacks aims to Dispatch your Order as quickly as possible, typically within 1 – 2 Working days, though this may be a little longer show dates, Bank Holidays or times of Industrial Action.
Domestic (UK) Orders
For Domestic (UK) Orders, The Knitknacks uses Royal Mail as it`s chosen delivery service. All Shipping Services use tracked methods
Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, I am able to accept returns for up to 30 days after receipt of your order. We can offer a full refund on the cost of your items, as long as they are returned in a fully resalable condition, with original packaging intact – items cannot be returned once they have been used or cut.

- Within your return parcel, please include your order number, name & address details and we recommend you use a tracked postage service
